The best surprise ever!

While we were in Marion, Illinois  we picked up a surprise for the girls.  I kept telling Autumn that it would be the best surprise ever.  Lacey kept the girls for the weekend.  She met us in Lansing for our evening program.  We told the girls to close their eyes and hold out their hands.

We snuck out from behind the trailer and tip toed over.

Paul dropped the leash into Autumns hands.

If  you look closely you can see the look on Autumns face.  She has no idea what the leash is for. That is until she looked down.

Her and Paul have been wanting this dog for 3 years.  It's called a South African Berboel.  Paul has researched this breed of dog for several years. His qualities and traits are perfect for our family and what we do.  Soon he will be taking class.  He will be a working class dog.  Paul, Autumn and the Dog will soon be visiting Hospitals to cheer up children during their stay.

She was so excited.  A hug for mom!

A bigger hug for Dad!

This is Enoch our new family pet.  He is only 6 months old and weights already 52 pounds.  He expected to reach 125-130 pounds.  I wonder if you can get coupons for dog food?
