This toosh is for you!  This weeks photo challenge at I Heart Faces is "Tooshies"

I never just take photos for the photo challenge.  I just look through my archives of photos to see what I've got that fits the theme.  I'm not in it to win, just have fun!  This photo was taken in 2003 on Christmas morning.  I  was shopping that summer in Gatlinburg Tennessee and these treasures!  I bought these underwear for my brother, my dad and my sweet husband!  It was such a great surprise!  We all had a great laugh.

I heart Faces is having yet another photo sharing contest. This theme is Excited!!! I was so excited becasue I had the perfect photo. The photo crop is not the greatest I cut off poor Lillies hands but her facial expression is perfect. I love seeing the little lines in her neck!

The girls were waiting in line for the trackless train at Bay Shore Camp up in Sebwing, Michigan. We were the guest speakers for this family camp. It's a beautiful camp grounds with lot to do for the family.

I Heart Faces... Vacations

No contest this week at iheartfaces,  everyone is sharing a favorite vacation.  Our trip here to Virginia Beach, VA was in July of 2007.   The Dietzel family as you know loves the ocean, however this was not a vacation trip.  We were doing a program in the area in the evenings so we headed to the beach that morning.  Of course this is how we spend our summer vacations traveling from state to state, church to camp doing programs for kids.  Our whole summer is a vacation!!

There is nothing more tiring than a relaxing day at the beach!!  Then when you get home (or for us back to the hotel) to shower and get sand out of every crevice of the body!

i Heart Faces - Self portrait

This weeks theme is self portrait,  it's either a photo of just you or one of you and your child.  I don't have any of me at all,  I'm not surprised because the mom is the one always behind the camera.  This photo takes us back to 2005 at my moms house on christmas.

i Heart Faces - Easter/spring

This weeks i Heart Faces photo contest theme is Spring/Easter.  I know that I no way am near a professional photographer and nor do I plan on winning with any of my photos, but I sure do love participating!  It gives me a chance to look through old treasures.  This is of Autumn at 18 months old and boy did she love the baby chicks!  To me this photo says spring.  And I know that all of us here in Michigan are looking for Spring.  It should be here any day!!  I thinking husband took this photo because I'm in it.

This weeks contest is Black and White. This is Autumn when she was 4 years old. You can't tell because I changed the photo to BW but her mouth is blue from eating a blue raspberry sno-cone.

This photo was taken the the GA Aquarium with our friends the Blackwell.  This is Autumns arranged marriage.  His name is Levi,  He comes from good stock, him mommy and daddy are youth pastors! hee hee 

I've came across this blog a few times but have never entered.  I came a crossed it again on a friends blog.   I'm going to try it.  I have so many photos.  Surly there is a winning photo in the pile somewhere!
