Sleeping Beauty Sleeps In A Box

Night ONE in the box.  Each night when I go to bed I take Lou and put her back in her bed.  On this morning I found her back in the box!

Night TWO in the box.  Notice she's sleeping in her dress up :D  Silly Girl.

Night THREE in the box.

No night Four... I guess the box ran it course.  I was wondering how long she would last.  It will be a great story to tell when she gets older.

I asked Lillie why she didn't want to sleep in her box last night.  She answered saying that the box is not comfy no more like my bed.

I'm so glad the girls are creative like there daddy.

Lillies 1st Day of Pres-school!

What a treat for me! Not because I get time alone and I'm able to do some running. I'm not the kind of mom who cries because her children go to school. I didn't for Autumn and I doubt I do for Lillie. However today my eyes glossed over.
Lillie wanted to go to school so bad that it blessed me just being able to send her. I'm so grateful for that scholarship that the church gave us. Autumn didn't do pre-school. We came right of the road from traveling and into kindergarden so this is all new to me.

This morning when Autumn was getting read for school, Lillie thought that she was riding the bus like her big sister. She was disappointed. From now on, Tuesdays and Thursdays we'll take both the girls to school. So in the car dropping of Autumn off this morning, Lillie about had a break down because she wanted to get out of the car to go into the school with Autumn. She didn't realize that she had her own special school.

She had a blast! She is quite the different child from just last year having to shove her into a nursery screaming. And then me... having to walk away so we could go do a program at a church. It's sad that the girls are growing up but It's exciting. It's a new stage of our life that our family is enjoying. Bitter Sweet!

First day of 4th grade

My how time flies and kids grow! Autumn is so excited for school she could hardly sleep. I'm glad she enjoys school, I always did. Her choice for school shoes this year was Converse and Lillie had to have some too! She got pink high tops!

It's worked out for Lillie to go to preschool 2 days a week. She can hardly wait. It's a Christian preschool program in Owosso at the First Congressional Church. She received a scholarship so I only have to pay $36 a month. This month I only had to pay $11.00. Thank you Jesus! I'm not sure how long I would have been able to handle Autumn going to school and Lillie asking me all day long when she can go! As we went to pick up Autumn today from school, Lillie was sleeping. She woke up and the first thing she seen was the school and she yelled, "MOM! Is it my turn now!"

Lots of church plant stuff going on this week. Today Paul and I took Autumn to school and hopped on the freeway down to IKEA! You can never spend enough time there! It's such a special treat to go. We got lot of great thing for the church. Only 5 more days till the kick off!

Happy 3rd Birthday Lillie

Wow what a day! It's always nice to have friends and family over. Lillie was so excited about her birthday party. She asked me this morning if we could have another party today!!

We got Lou this Schwinn trike for her birthday day. She enjoyed others give her rides more then she did riding by herself!

This is Wyatt her future husband. ( pre arranged marriage :)

Lillie of course at this age picked out a princess cake, she's loving all that dress up and princess stuff right now!

We love our Grandparents! Autumn decided she wanted to be a clown for Lou's birthday.

My friend Hether decided she would get Lillie a HERMIT CRAB! I think she did it just for my reaction, but she just knew that Paul would like it!

Lillie is not to sure about it, but has named it Lil-Vinnie. She told Paul yesterday that she likes the crabs name "Vinnie" but does not like the crab! We'll just have to see how long Lil-Vinnie hangs around. That food stinks!

So my baby is not really a baby anymore, but it's all good. I enjoy her getting older. However, I do miss the snuggling in the baby sling.

So I'm hoping that the TERRIBLE 2's are gone and the TERRIFIC 3's are here??? We'll see.

Lillies Birthday Dinner

Our little Lou turns 3 on Sunday. Today we let went to Sagano Japanese Bistro for lunch. We have never taken the girls to a Japanese steak house were they cook in front of you.

It was a treat to see their reactions to all the fun stuff going on. Needless to say, they loved it. (notice Lillies new Converse high tops... she loves them)

Our waiter had her stand on her chair while they sang to her. She was shaking her boodie to the drum beat!

They really like be able to take home those chop sticks. Lillie was trying to eat her mac n cheese this evening with them. It didn't work so well.

Happy Birthday Lillie!

Tomorrow is Lillies Birthday Party. The girls are so excited to see Grandad and Granny Grunt.

Memory Lane Monday ... a Paci Fairwell

It's been 4 days since we lost the paci in the car.  I was waiting until summer was over before I did this but...  I figured that it's better that the paci be lost than the mom saying you can't have it anymore.

Bye, bye paci... You will be missed.

I loved this paci.  I wonder how many paci we have purchased over
the last 2 1/2 years?

Two is always better than one!

Nothing is more peaceful than a relaxing day at the beach with paci.

Lillie loved her lovely and her passy.  As I look back I should of took the paci a way first.  I've learned my lesson for next time. . .  JUST KIDDING!!

This was Lillies first outing, we went to Applebees.  I took this exact same picture of Autumn she is holding the Ketchup too but has no paci.   Autumns first outing was to Chilli's.

Bye Bye Paci you will be missed...
and so will the afternoon naps.

A Sad Day :(

I love my baby sling.  I wish that I would of had one when Autumn was little. There are no words to describe it.

If you've never wore your baby, I encourage you to try it.  Not only are you hands free, but the bond I have with Lillie as a baby is so different than Autumn.

As I'm going though photos tonight I'm sadden because I don't have very many photos of me wearing Lillie.  The mom is always behind the camera :(

Today I gave my sling away to a pastor wife who has a sweet baby.  I purchased a baby pouch for her little girl this summer.  I told her when Lillie was done with this next one (which is a Mai Tie)  I'd pass it along, sigh...   so today was the day that I said goodbye:(.  I just have not been using it very often.

There is nothing like a snuggling, smelling good, sleeping child on your chest.  It saddens me that Lou is growing up.  It was most handy for us on Sunday Mornings during church when it was nap time.  She snuggled right in.   She has always been such a fussy baby and she was always most content in her sling.

With Autumn it was okay to move on to each new stage, but with Lillie, its hard.  I did'nt cry when Autumn went to kindergarden, I will cry when Lillie goes.  I think because I know that it is my last baby, it's sad.  We are moving on to the next stage in our lives.  sigh...

My Birthday coffee

I did say my Birthday Coffee!  Lou loves them!  I tell her just a little sip, we could be in big trouble here.    She calls it a coco drink.

My birthday is Jan 3rd, and my free coffee coupon came in the mail the day of the fast!  I've been waiting...  and waiting... and finally... yummy...  a large Mocha on ice!  I can't help but suck them down so fast, Paul thinks I'm crazing. I don't drink hot coffee but I could drink these everyday.  But I don't! To fattening and to expensive,  thank God!

The big deal of the day...  $5.51  a savings of 91%

As we walk around the store, I keep track in my head how much I'm spending. Paul told me today, we only have $5-$10.00, that was okay for me!  So when we checked out and Paul saw the bill of $48.72 I must say he started to panic and didn't think I stayed on budget.  Surprise, Surprise I showed him.

My girls love the Grocery store and they never complain.    That's because they give out free cookies.

Enoch, Autumn & Lillie

Encoh...  Getting to be a big boy.  Weighting in at about 105 pounds and is 11 months old.  He's doing great and he listens very well.  A habit he's picked up is drinking out of the tub faucet. He seems to like the drip.  He sleeps all day and wants to play at night.  We found out today that he is going to be a great protector.

Lillie Lou... she's liking her sister's Nintendo DS.  She has been cracking us up lately, she is so funny.   She's into her dress up and princess stuff.  She likes Angelina Ballerina, Backyardagains, Max & Ruby and Wonder Pets.  She likes to talk on the phone to Grandma even though most times you have no idea what she is talking about.  Everything Autumn does she has to do.  She still has that silly passy. That's because mom doesn't want to give it up yet :)  Don't worry she only has it when she sleeps and when she rides in the car.  Today we cleaned out her clothes for summer. She can still where some of them.  She a tiny little thing.  She loves her black dress shoes and would wear them with everything if I let her.

Autumn...  Always has and always will bloom with personality!!  Loves the internet.  She has her own email and enjoys looking at videos on youtube.  She is growing up so fast. Her favorite store is Limited Too.   She love's to dress up,  but also loves to play with boys.  She's into her Jazz class right now.  Yes, she does have rhythm.  She loves animals and can't wait to go on a date with her dad.  This Monday after jazz they are going to Applebee's.  She's is so excited.

As for Paul and I (sorry not photo, there's never any of the parents any more) We're doing great. I enjoy spending my days with him.  I think we're kind of spoiled when it comes to being self-employed and doing what we want.  Some have been asking about the fast and if we've made any decisions yet.  Not yet, but lots is happening and we will know the Lords will before to long.   I'll fill you in soon as to what is happening with the Dietzels?

Autumn's Memory verse

Autumn was so excited to go to church this week to say her memory verse that
see learned last week!  Which was all good until Mom and Dad had to go to
Ohio this weekend to Visit a Antioch Church in the YMCA.
So because of her great disapointment we recored Autumn saying her memory
verse to e-mail to the pastor so she could receive her points for Kids Zone.

We've been attend here for the last 4 weeks. Autumn really enjoys herself
and seem to be learning a lot.  I'm very impressed with her teacher who is really
working with her class on how to find things in the Bible.  We've been visiting
several local churches in the area and we are content here for the time that is needed
until we decide the direction in which the Lord has planned for us.

Lillie of course, has to do everything her big sister does, so she wanted
to be video taped also... here is her verse. LOL!

Paul and I had a great Visit to the Antioch Church.
The YMCA has opened their doors to them. They are the largest YMCA in the US.
More to come on this. Let's just say it's got our wheels a turn'in!

Again sorry for the elf video
that is stuck up in the header
I'm still working on that!

Potty Trained!

I'd like to take a moment and say...We did it! ! !

It feels so good.  Lillie is officially trade before she turns 26 months.
This Sunday I gave away 2 packs of size 6 diapers and 2 packs of pull ups to my friend Denice. I haven't used them in 2 weeks.  Not even at night!  Were never turning back.  She's done great at going number 2 on the pot and we've ran out of gummy bears and she doesn't even care...

Sorry this post is only about going potty!

I haven't moved the Lawn in 14 years!

We'll Paul found this huge mower on Craigslist several months ago.  He loves it.  We needed to mow so bad.  With us gone, then the rain, then gone... we'll you know what I mean.   He was leaving for the weekend so it had to be done.  Paul finished our large piece of property and then had to do this place.  He was getting tired,  Together it's about 4.5 arc of mowing. So he said, "I'll teach ya!"   It was pretty easy after taking out a small tree stump stalling the mower, then running through to much grass and taking of the belt.  I got a handle of it.  It goes by itself so it can have a mind of it own! So Paul thought I deserved a photo.  Since this is the only labor work that I do!  HA, you all know me better than that!  I did enjoy it.

Lillie is doing awesome!  No accidents for 3 day, poop on the potty for 3 days (Does #2 only on the big potty).  We just go back from Walmart, Kroger and the Pet store. The paranoid mom taking her to the potty in every store. (We have a small foldable plastic toilet seat that I keep in my bag, it's great!)  She didn't go.  Not until we got home!  YEAH!
