A quick run to Kroger and Meijer

Yesterday at Kroger I spent $11.40. Pretty good but the coupons are just not as good these days. The deal was buy for boxes of Kellogg's cereal and get 2 free galloons of milk. I had coupons for the cereal so it made it a much better deal. Jeanie O hot dog were free, the dole fruit cups were free, cool whip .39 and Welch's .45. Not to bad in a days work.

Meijers I usually run in for what is on sale in the ad. Lysol products were 1/2 off making them I think $1.24. With my .50 coupon doubled I payed only .24. Pizza rolls were only .60, and Campbell cups of soup were .50. I don't typically buy them but it was a pretty good deal to have on hand for a quick grab and go lunch.
